Welcome to Troveloop. Before using our services, you must carefully read and understand these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your access and use of the Troveloop App will be deemed as your acceptance of all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately cease using our services.

1. Definitions

a. "Troveloop," "we," "our," or "the App" refers to the application and its operators.

b. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing and using the Troveloop App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Troveloop, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use our services and should stop using them immediately.

3. User Account & Email Verification

a. Account creation requires email verification. We will send a verification code to your email address to confirm your account.

b. Your account becomes active immediately upon successful email verification.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

d. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and keep this information updated.

e. You can use third-party login options (Google, Apple ID) to sign in directly without email verification, but you remain responsible for account security.

4. Gift Card Trading & User Responsibilities

a. Troveloop is a verified Provider marketplace where professional Providers buy gift cards from users. We do not verify the source or legality of gift cards.

b. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any gift card you submit is legally obtained and does not violate any laws or terms of the card issuer.

c. You acknowledge that providing fraudulently obtained, stolen, or illegally sourced gift cards may result in account suspension or legal action.

d. When submitting a gift card, you must select the retailer, card type, currency, and provide the face amount. You are responsible for accuracy.

e. Providers on the platform set their own prices. You choose which Provider and price offer to accept.

f. Both physical and digital gift cards are accepted.

5. Pricing, Fees & Points System

a. Troveloop charges zero platform fees on all transactions.

b. After successful sale of a gift card, you receive points equivalent to the transaction value.

c. Points can be accumulated and converted to cash when you initiate a withdrawal.

d. Withdrawals are processed to your bank account. You must provide valid bank account information for this purpose.

e. A withdrawal password/PIN may be required to authorize withdrawals for security purposes.

6. Communication & Dispute Resolution

a. Users can communicate with Providers via in-app real-time chat to discuss their gift cards or any concerns.

b. All chat messages are encrypted for security.

c. In case of disputes or concerns, users can submit complaints to customer support through the in-app chat function.

d. Troveloop will review disputes and make fair assessments to protect both users and Providers.

7. Security & Fraud Detection

a. Troveloop employs IP address and device fingerprinting to detect fraudulent patterns and protect the marketplace integrity.

b. Users who engage in suspicious behavior or attempt to exploit promotions may have their accounts suspended.

c. Security is ensured through email verification and biometric authentication (where available).

d. We use both user behavior monitoring and third-party fraud detection services to maintain platform fairness.

8. App Use

a. Troveloop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

b. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws and regulations.

c. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of Troveloop or its services.

d. Any attempt to manipulate marketplace prices, abuse promotional offers, or engage in fraud will result in account termination and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials available on Troveloop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of Troveloop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on Troveloop without our prior written consent.

10. Content Submission

a. By submitting any content (e.g., comments, suggestions) to Troveloop, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

b. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Links

Troveloop may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or have control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Your use of such third-party links is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Troveloop App and its content are provided to you "as is" and "as available." This means we don't guarantee that the app will always be perfect, complete, or reliable. You use the app entirely at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, whether stated or implied, including those related to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

a. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Troveloop will not be responsible for any damages you might experience from using the App. This includes, but isn't limited to, direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

b. If a jurisdiction's law doesn't allow for the exclusion of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent that law allows.

14. Termination

Troveloop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice, including but not limited to submission of fraudulent gift cards or violation of these terms.

15. Modification of Terms

Troveloop may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of Troveloop after the changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This choice of law applies to any legal disputes arising from or in connection with your use of our services.
